This exciting innovative experiential and staffing agency is looking for a new Account Director due to growth of the agency and winning new business.

It's a very exciting time to be joining this agency. They offer the client creative marketing, experiential and events, sampling and staffing.

You will be working in a team of 4 and will be responsible for the overall development and direction for the retained client. You will have to oversee and motivate two Junior Account Handlers on a daily basis.

As Account Director, you role will be to work on multiple FMCG clients so you must be able to juggle briefs and projects.

The role of Account Director:

Monitoring and setting objectives for your team
Developing future revenue opportunities
Overseeing creative solutions
Research and development as well as planning
Leading team meetings
Managing all issues within the team
Taking briefs and making sure they are clear
Managing the whole project from start to finish
Liaising with the client on budgets and estimates

The candidate must have:

Have worked in a experiential agency
Must already be an Account Director
Experience of managing a team
Used to juggling projects
You must thrive on managing teams and clients
