We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop and manage our marketing content for small businesses for the Asia Pacific region. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring SMBs to market their business on Facebook. This position requires experience with marketing, writing and strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in advertising, communications and marketing. He or she will play an integral part in key events around the region and will serve as a key partner to our SMB business. This individual will also collaborate with the greater marketing team and push the overall creativity of the organization. This position is full time and based in our Singapore office.


  • Drive Asia Pacific (APAC) small business marketing communications strategy partnering with the small business (SMB) organization in the region
  • Create and own SMB brand voice and roll-out through APAC channels and teams
  • Ensure that the SMB narrative is localized and translated as needed
  • bring the SMB narrative to life in APAC across a variety of marketing channels
  • Develop SMB content strategy and drive deeper content development and scaled education/resources for SMBs across channels (e.g., webinars, collateral, videos)
  • Drive creation of SMB case studies
  • Manage online marketing channels in region such as marketing pages on Facebook in multiple geographies and languages
  • Deliver local proof points into the narrative for the SMB audience in region
  • Create and execute a region-wide industry marketing strategy (e.g., presence at key industry events, etc.) and create the content, logistics and measurement needed for these events
  • Support SMB agency marketing efforts by delivering content for agency education programs
  • Develop messaging architecture in the region that enables the SMB team to optimize marketing touch points in a move-fast environment


  • Passion for/knowledge of SMB market and insights
  • Experience developing marketing communications and measuring impacts
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Understanding of scaled channels and how to bring new ideas to market
  • Ability to work within matrixed organization to support SMB team
  • Strong writing skills and a creative problem solver
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Fluency in written and spoken business Korean, Japanese or Chinese is a must
  • Excellent written and spoken English
