Do you have the experience and confidence to lead, inspire and develop our highly talented and enthusiastic account team?  Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop and shape PR strategy for a range of clients with a regional reach.  You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you'll have the energy, enthusiasm, talent and, crucially, the commitment and flexibility to manage a team. This role is for somebody who has a thorough grasp of how the multi-media market place is developing and how we can capitalise on the opportunities that lie ahead.  As matter of course you will bring a high standard of counsel, writing ability and PR skills based on experience (likely to be a minimum of 8 years.)


  • Ability to create a vision and inspire others to realise it irrespective of circumstance;
  • Able to think ahead in order to establish an effective and appropriate course of action for self and others. Prioritise and plans activities taking into account all the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines, staffing and resources requirements.
  • Manage senior and complex client relationships while dealing with breaking issues;
  • Using your relevant experience and skills, you will lead a team comprised of Managers, Senior Associates, Associates and Client Executives involved in all aspects of client support, including strategy development, research, materials development, media relations, and event planning and management;
  • Work on and manage clients including on-going retainer relationships as well as crisis assignments;
  • Support, and in some cases lead, the team’s new business development efforts;
  • Familiarity with digital technology and an awareness of the potential of new technology are desired.
