Marketing Communications Manager (Seoul)

In our Seoul office we are looking for an experienced marketer to develop and manage our marketing content. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring marketers to transform their business with Facebook. This position requires experience with marketing, writing and strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand management, consulting, PR, journalism or advertising. He or she will play an integral part in key events around the region. This individual will also collaborate with the greater marketing team and push the overall creativity of the organization. This position is based in our Seoul office.


  • Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs
  • Adapt and produce locally relevant content
  • Drive strategy and execution of key marketing programs
  • Package and deliver key Facebook data and research insights to marketers across the region
  • Develop keynote speeches, presentations, marketing collateral and videos that will change the way businesses see their opportunity with Facebook
  • Ideate and manage creative programs from concept to implementation
  • Oversee design projects and manage outside agencies and freelancers
  • Measure the impact of marketing programs and ROI
  • Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Event coordination and management


  • Minimum bachelors degree in Business, Design, Journalism, Marketing or related field would be preferred
  • 8-10 years professional experience
  • Experience working in the business community in local market
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry across APAC a plus
  • Strong executive presence and a track record of working well in cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of social media landscape and experience executing social media marketing a plus
  • Experience producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
  • Experience producing materials in some of the following: Keynote, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint would be an advantage
  • Experience working with diverse global brands is a plus
  • Fluency in both Korean and English a must
