As a small to medium sized agency, this well established branding agency regularly punch above their weight, competing and winning against some of the bigger global branding agencies and have built a deserved reputation for effective design, frequently gracing the DBA Top 10 agency table.


Providing insight, strategy and design both in packaging and corporate communication, they work predominately with large, blue chip UK or European companies, many with a global reach, to create, extend and invigorate their brands communication.

The packaging team work specifically with named brands in the FMCG, health + beauty, drinks and tobacco sectors and are now seeking a Mid-weight Packaging Designer to join them on a permanent basis.

Enthusiasm and passion are two of the words used to describe the ideal candidate but above all else, previous experience in packaging, including NPD, is key as this designer will be expected to contribute significantly to the creative outcome of packaging and branding projects and ultimately help to evolve the agency’s packaging offer.

Creatively the ideal designer will possess a love of typography, an natural flair for layout, an eye for up and coming trends and the ability to create convincing presentation visuals. All candidates must be willing to work on alchohol and tobacco projects.

This agency tend not to pursue own-brand packaging or large range implementation projects and therefore only candidates with a dedicated agency background will be suitable for the role.

Key requirements:
+ A degree or equivalent in graphic design
+ A minimum of 2 years packaging design experience in a similar branding agency environment
+ Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills
+ Willing to work on non-packaging projects when required
