Brilliant opportunity to join this exciting global brand, and well known company in the beauty industry. They pioneering professional beauty brands at the forefront of the global hairdressing industry. The brand enjoys strong awareness and double digit sales growth year on year.This is a newly created position within their Digital team, so a great chance to make the role your own!


This role is both creatively and analytically driven; responsibilities will include:
- Manage yearly online marketing calendar in alignment with the main marketing plan to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all content and assets across digital channels
- Design/deliver regular newsletters and plan/execute seasonal, targeted and proactive email campaigns to deliver against key objectives and KPI's
- Design/deliver and update trigger automated emails
- Improve email performance through optimisation and split testing
- Project manage email delivery, working with all stakeholders to agree creative, messaging, segments/recipients, timings and schedules
- Deliver digital collateral for online activities
- Responsibility for ensuring all work produced has been thoroughly tested before distribution
- Create/draft briefs for emails & banners for affiliate programme
- Track all emails and conduct analysis and reporting in order to determine open rate, click through rate, conversion, revenue, ROI etc. Interpret email results and make informed decisions

Success Attributes:
- Must possess strong analytical skills with previous web analytics experience (Google Analytics would be a bonus)
- Previous experience of digital marketing in a B2C environment
- Experience of using an email broadcast tool (Dotmailer system preferably)
- Ability to forge and maintain productive relationships
- Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understand email industry; legislation, best practice and benchmarks
- A clear understanding and experience of digital marketing channels
- Understands segmentation
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Works well in a team and is self-motivated

Experience Profile:

Proven record in email marketing with a history of delivering regular emails/newsletters with high quality content.
Experience with PPC campaigns would be an advantage.

Educational Requirements:
- Degree in a business or marketing related function and experience in a digital marketing environment
- Further qualifications in marketing, business or online marketing is desirable
