Our superb client is looking for two experienced Category Managers to help drive category growth within the Spreads and Desserts categories respectively, in the UK. The key purpose of these roles is to develop and own the category management relationship across the respective category as well as to develop the overall Category vision, drivers and tactics, and to customise these as required using retailer specific insight.


You will be joining a start up where all the commercial teams are brand new to the business. This means you have the exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the business and help shape the culture of the company. The requirements for this role are as follows:

*Proven track record of relevant FMCG Category Management experience
*Experience in building category plans to commercial success
*You will be a Data Olympian with the ability to use numbers to tell a persuasive story.
*Ability to work with cross-functional teams
*Take responsibility for developing customer specific tactics to unlock the category drivers in relevant accounts
*Strong at developing relationships with customers in order to establish key category influencers, especially around range and merchandising.
