My client, a publishing company based in London, best known for it`s weekly magazine published in many editions and in many languages, is looking for an experienced Digital Acquisitions Manager.
This role will be within the Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to devise the correct strategies to drive a quality audience to visit and engage with digital platforms: web, mobile and social in order to hit advertising and transactional revenue targets.

- Reporting
o Monitor performance against acquisition & traffic targets
o Collate and distribute all traffic reports ensuring all recommendations, and resulting actions are identified and project owners identified
o Monitoring monitor associated results

- Targets
o Ensure acquisition targets for all digital platforms are met
o Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to enable us to meet acquisition targets across all digital platforms

- Content
o Work with Producers to ensure content is optimised before it is published
o Identify content gaps and provide Producers and Editorial teams with recommendations
o Track seasonality and ensure we are publishing the right content at the right time
o Ensure content plan is based on driving maximum traffic and engagement
o Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to ensure the company has maximum market share
o Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
o Ensure content is optimised for each platform (web, social and mobile)
o Share best-practice with global teams

- Campaigns

o Management of all PPC campaigns to drive optimal revenue across our E-commerce portfolio
o Work with transactions team to make sure we are showcasing the right products, feeding all learnings back into the transactions team
o Work with design team on creation of digital acquisition assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue
o Ongoing optimisation of all transactional landing pages based on an ongoing testing programme
o Manage all paid-for activity across all digital platforms (web, mobile, social)

- Objectives
o Increasing advertising and transactional revenue across all digital channels
o Employing the correct tactics to attract the target audience to consume products and services
o Optimising products and services to ensure best levels content consumption and conversion
o Sharing best practise acquisition tactics across all marketing activity
o Ensuring the company continues to grow market share across our key content and transactional products

- Position Requirements
o Educated to degree standard plus any other relevant Marketing/Business qualifications

- Knowledge & Experience
o Advanced experience of PPC campaign management
o Advanced SEO and optimisation experience across online properties
o Excellent analytical skills with experience of delivering reports and ensuring recommended actions
o 3 years minimum experience within a Content Planning or Marketing environment

o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal and team skills
o Ability to articulate ideas to both editorial and sales audiences
