The Role

This is an amazing opportunity for a digital strategist to come in and bolster this media agency's planning team. Innovation and creativity in the digital space being your passion, you will have the opportunity to work across a number of the well-known UK brands to develop strategies that tap into all the opportunities and innovation out there in the ever-expanding digital world.

As a Digital Strategist, your role will be to develop and implement digital strategies that are innovative yet grounded in insight and human understanding. Working alongside the Client Planning teams it will be your job to ensure that digital (in all its formats) is fully explored and integrated as appropriate from strategy through to plans and execution.

You will utilise your experience of online and real time planning tools (e.g. Google trends) to augment more traditional planning insight work (e.g. TGI). You will be expected to present recommendations to clients and have direct client contact on some key accounts. Finally and importantly, they will look to your passion and knowledge of digital to not only educate, but also inspire and motivate your team and colleagues.

Your Profile

*Ability to recommend best approach to achieve the comms objective across paid, owned and earned channels
*Develop insights from real-time online tools and research from digital media owners and tech businesses
*Able to see how digital fits within the wider media context
*Strong project and client management skills
*Able to share digital best practice and knowledge (from brand to response)
*Contribute to thought leadership marketing through writing blogs, online polls
*Passion for ideas and creative communication
*Established digital media owner relationships and understanding of technology
