Optimisation of all campaigns including management of tracking, trafficking and bid management (using other tools as appropriate)
- Responsible for the companies PPC Strategy
- Producing reports on the progress of all campaigns and forecasting
- Acquire content from regular contributors and other content providers, clear rights, and post to site
- Finding insights through key word search
- Oversee promotion and seek promotion from other sites
- Supervise staff and freelancers to ensure that content, promotion, design, marketing, and Web programming work are carefully coordinated
- Work closely with staff to take advantage of joint content, marketing, sales, and promotional opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the business manager to support existing revenue-generating activities (online store, sponsorships) and develop new ones
- Ensure that the site is fully accessible and complies with the latest standards of accessibility
- Ensure that user inquiries are handled efficiently - Capturing customer requirements to formulate the correct solution

Required Experience:

- Ideally educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in an IT or Business related field - 2 + years in PPC experience - Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics and excel - Have proven success of managing large, profitable PPC campaigns and budgets

- Experience with new media, Internet advertising and search

- Management of multiple concurrent projects in an IT/Web environment
Business analysis skills

- A strong working knowledge of Internet technologies such as ASP.Net, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server

- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage projects from inception through to execution

- An effective communicator - both verbal and written

- Hungry to learn with an ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment - A strategic planner who can identify present and future business opportunities

- An ability to plan, work independently and adhere to budget and time line expectations

- Experience with a fast growing business and successfully managing a team within it

- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and computer skills

- Ability to travel and work flexible hours t to manage several projects simultaneously
