Senior Manager – Hotel Advertising and Branding   

This role is responsible for all hospitality, food & beverage and internal communications marketing communications including:

  • StarWorld Hotel Branding
  • Over 8 restaurants, bars & café outlets at StarWorld Hotel
  • Hotel collaterals
  • Internal Communications at StarWorld Hotel

Marketing responsibilities include:

  • Developing fully integrated branding and marketing strategies across all non-gaming divisions
  • Define operational support structure required
  • Provide non-gaming channel reports


  • Formulating brand strategies, planning and monitoring implementation of marketing programs to increase the brand awareness of StarWorld Hotel and Casino
  • Planning and develop media & communications plan to support the consumer acquisition and retention strategy of StarWorld Hotel and Casino
  • Work closely with creative team, advertising agencies and production houses in designing and implementing advertising plans and promotional campaigns for market segments of Macau, HK and Mainland China.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams for both ATL and BTL campaigns and deliver business goals  
  • Identifies and analyzes market conditions in existing and potential segments, develop and evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications program and make improvement recommendations for future programs to increase brand awareness for our target market
  • Responsible for new communications channels development including opportunity identification, concept developing, market validation, ensure flawless launch and conduct post-launch reviews as appropriate
  • Essential Skills: Fluency in both Cantonese and English
