Gabriele Skelton, a specialist creative recruitment consultancy working with branding, design, digital and integrated agencies), is looking for an experienced consultant to join their Digital Project and Account Management team.     

We'd ideally like to find a tip top recruiter with specialist experience and knowledge of the digital industry. The majority of our clients are London-based Top 100 digital creative agencies, or integrated agencies, so a strong knowledge of this market is preferable, or something similar. But a core understanding of the digital market as a whole, and the role that project management, account management, strategy and planning play in it is key.    

Alternatively, if you don't have digital recruitment experience but do have a keen interest and knowledge of digital project management and producing, or you might be working in a digital agency and want to be part of a collaborative team, this could be a fabulous opportunity to join us.   At Gabriele Skelton, we focus on quality of delivery and building long term relationships with our clients and candidates. Key aspects of this role would be:  

+          Sourcing, evaluating and placing Digital Project Managers, Producers, Account Managers and Account Directors. To information architects, user experience people and developers, with our existing client base, as well as developing and managing existing and new client relationships. We want someone who is motivated by the highest standards of delivery and communication, and not just by hitting targets. Obviously there are clear targets to be met - and a good financial package that goes with that - but quality of service is key to what we do.  

+          You will be highly organised and able to manage both resourcing activity and an on-going business development programme   

+          You'll be responsible for the recruitment process from end to end  (there is support from a team resourcer too) 

+          You will be able to work on both permanent and freelance opportunities, so the ability and experience of having worked on multiple projects is a must, as is the ability to work under pressure while still providing your clients with an impeccable service 

+          Good commercial instinct and acumen is important too, but it's about keeping  your eye on the ball and not on the score!  A strong negotiator, but not a "yes/no"  person  - you'll need to understand what it is to be competitive

+          You are someone who wants to build their reputation, be known and respected for your expertise and quality of service, and work with some of the best clients, candidates and colleagues in the industry.  

Experience needed:  

+          A minimum of two years' experience as a digital recruitment consultant and, ideally, specialist experience in recruitment of Digital Project Management/Producers and Account Management

+          Experience of placing with recognised digital agencies

+          Proven experience of nurturing long term and commercially successful relationships with clients
