You will have the confidence and ability to build and maintain relationships (both agency and client direct). It is important that you are adaptable to the busy sales environment and are equally effective as working as an individual or part of a team. You will be managing a Account Manager in this role and will mentor them in best practice.

So the role itself requires you to have;

*Ability to pitch
*Tenacious drive to succeed
*Proven track record in Sales - You must have strong contacts within the media agencies
*Ability to build and maintain relationships (both agency and client direct)
*In-depth understanding of your business
*Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and ultimately closing the deal
*Strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
*Strategic and consultative selling techniques

To be the number one choice, you'll be able to;

*Manage the weekly forecasting within team, and providing up-to-date figures when required to the Manager.
*Identify and suggest sales opportunities and potential new revenue streams across the business (with regular consultation with Manager)
*Develop & maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offers and other business issues relevant to the position
*Emphasize on acquiring new business
*Keep informed of trade/market movements or developments
*Develop strong Senior relationships within agencies
*Set an example to team/ includes behaviour/communication internally & externally
*Ability to apply a strategic approach to your Business Unit
