I'm currently working on a fantastic role with a UK market leading sports nutrition brand. Loved both by top athletes and amateurs, this is a great brand in an exciting post-Olypmpic period of expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to be part of the team, and become an integral part of all growth initiatives.


- Working with Marketing Team to develop winning strategies and brand plans
- Management of the execution of the Marketing Mix
- Project management and execution of launch plans for NPD initiatives
- Develop and deliver market leading CRM & support the eCRM engagement campaigns
- Partner with sales on the execution of operational projects and strategies to maximise brand performance
- Marketing lead to support Sales Presentations
- Integral to delivering NPD to market
- Manage brand advertising and consumer promotions expenditure to maximize cash flow, value and ROI

The Perfect Candidate!

- Graduate (min 2:1) plus marketing/business qualification
- Strong commercial and brand management experience in a branded environment, preferable FMCG
- Prior succes in NPD, with at least one new product launch or extension
- Advertising strategy and campaign implementation experience
- Experience leading and inspiring cross functional teams
- Extensive experience of managing brand advertising and consumer promotions expenditure budgets
- Creative at their core
- Commerciality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to become a true brand champion
