Our client is an international media with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region with head quarters in Hong Kong.  They are proactively expanding their presence in the region and are therefore looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to focus on acquisition marketing and lead generation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategising, implementing and tracking direct marketing campaigns in order to grow subscription levels and generate leads. They will lead the strategic development of direct marketing programs regionally, engaging both online and offline channels. They will out a particular focus on the digital channels utlising search engine marketing & optimisation, social media, eDM and display. They will identify and develop partnership marketing opportunities regionally in order to increase reach to key target segments. The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on metrics and ensure KPI’s and targets are met on each campaign. Furthermore they will provide campaign analysis to help drive strategy direction and ROI. In addition, they will work with external vendors on tracking and creative solutions. The Senior Marketing Manager will have full P&L and budget responsibility for all acquisition marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified with at least 6 years of direct marketing experience. Ideally they have experience in working on acquisition campaigns and lead generation. They have exposure to working across digital direct marketing campaigns where they have engaged paid search, e-commerce and mobile marketing. Furthermore they have a strong understanding in database management and online marketing tools. The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability in strategic development, campaign management and budget management.  They can achieve set targets and show a consistent ROI on marketing activity. They will be a team player, results orientated, creative and analytical. Native level of English required for this role and an additional Asian language would be an advantage. The candidate should be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
