Our client is an internationally successful kitchenware brand with a reputation for innovation and design. The business is known for creativity, expanding their product portfolio and heavily investing in product development and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast paced and entrepreneurial international business.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the main objective of the role is to increase market share and brand profitability through developing a 360 degree marketing plan. Key responsibilities include implementing the marketing strategy for defined product categories including pricing, promotional plans, NPD, packaging and brand communications. You will have responsibility for managing the category P&L as well as managing relationships both internally and externally with PR and advertising agencies.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in a Band/Product Manager position with full P&L responsibility for their product category within the FMCG market or a consumer branded business. It will be essential to have strong communication skills and the ability influence at all levels.
