An excellent opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's leading entertainment brands for a Head of Marketing Planning to take responsibility for planning, creating and delivering key customer messages across the entire business and be instrumental in driving growth.

As the Head of Marketing Planning, this role is essentially to ensure that the return on investment is delivered and maximized through innovative customer marketing activity across all marketing channels but with a key focus on digital. With the emphasis on both acquisition and retention the challenge will be to build propositions and then campaigns against a plan of prioritised messages throughout the year across all channels and in conjunction with all product areas.

To succeed in this role, the preferred candidate will be an accomplished communicator capable of engaging and influencing with stakeholders across the business. They will be hugely passionate about Marketing with a broad background in another consumer brand that possesses significant on-line exposure. With a degree of succession planning in mind it will also be appropriate for this person to show that they have the inherent skills and capability to get to the next level and perform a broader commercial role in time. On top of this you will be a dynamic and hungry individual with the will to succeed.
