Account Manager / Senior Account Manager - brilliant opportunity for a self starter.. someone who just gets loyalty & creative & social media  – this account has a huge bias to digital and online – lots of lots of eCRM. Brilliantly exciting agency in London.

The Agency

It’s at such an exciting time – the agency is right at the beginning of its journey – there is a fresh and excited feeling here – and you could be part of its growth.

The Role

  • As it’s a relatively new agency – so attitude is totally key – you have to have a bit of everything – positive attitude, a bit of resilience, a complete passion and some understanding of how brands and customers interact on an on-going relationship.
  • Its loyalty, but totally not boring - it is all about eCRM, CRM and social media - how customers and your clients brand engages on an on-going basis - there is lots of campaigns to manage and will genuinely get to grow with the agency.
  • As an account manager now - you will need to be able to demonstrate consummate account handling skills, have a strong ability to critique and drive creative, a good head for making things happen and a naturally enquiring mind that means you just want to learn - you will need to have a calm approach and be able to just think on your feet.

Key Must haves

  • Proven agency experience
  • Some DM/ eCRM / social media understanding - the process of how campaigns happen is essential and if you have travel sector experience - even better!
  • Confidence without arrogance
  • Complete passion for agency life and excited about being at the start of an agency’s journey
