The successful candidate will be very organised, driven to succeed, and will strive to progress through the ranks within this buzzing agency environment. To succeed in this role you will possess a blend of the following skills:

Account Handling Skills

Ensure all activity folders are set up online as per template folder and kept up to date, filing all client liaison, supplier liaison, purchase orders, booking confirmations etc. 

Create campaign schedules for activity within 2 days from briefing

Responsible for ensuring the activity schedules are fully staffed for each campaign and reporting any issues to your Account Manager

Ensure you are in constant communication with your Account Manager and clients regarding the status of activity and requesting meetings where appropriate

Ensure you attend weekly Work in Progress meetings with your Line Manager

Manage staff on live activity ensuring activity is running to brief

Proof reading and double-checking all documentation that goes out, whether it be to clients, staff, suppliers or internal communication.


Show ability to create well detailed booking confirmations, reporting and briefing documents for staff and to send to staff within appropriate time scale

Ensure you are creating detailed reports templates and evaluation documents for activity where appropriate

Staffing procedures

Ensure database searches are run to provide accurate staff who fit profile

Ensure all staff details are correct on the database at time of booking

Show good ability to call and brief staff

Ensure you follow correct disciplinary letter procedures and forward any staff issues to an Account Manager

Liaise with field staff daily on your campaigns and feedback to clients

Ensure you are updating the database with staff information and feedback

  Client Liaison

Show competency and a good level of confidence dealing with client queries and reporting them to your line manager.

Ensure contact reports are written and distributed within 24 hours of meeting with a client.

Supplier Negotiation

Demonstrate ability to brief suppliers, negotiate costs and place orders.

Work within budgets, ensuring any over spends are signed off by your account manager, and correct over budget procedures are followed.

Ensure all supplier costs are agreed with Line Manager and Purchase Orders raised


Show good ability to work with finance packages for budget management and staff paysheets

Ensure you keep all finance budgets up to date

Raise Purchase Orders for any costs added to a job

PC Skills

Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for Briefing documents or End of Campaign documents

Demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Packages and Finance packages
