This medium sized digital creative agency, with a broad mix of clients spanning lifestyle / retail/ FMCG are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join their London office.

As part of a talented and creative agency team, you will be autonomous in your approach as Senior Account Manager and be passionate about the work you will deliver across a range of accounts, executing high profile digital campaigns and social projects.

Reporting into the Senior Account Director your key role will be to take responsibility for the overall management of your accounts including :

Managing client relationships
Devising and executing strategy
Ensuring client satisfaction with the performance of the agency
Production of the annual marketing plan/marketing
Budget management
Overseeing quality and accuracy of all work presented to your clients meets their brief, budget and standards
Producing a timely Contact Report of each meeting with your clients.
setting production timetables
Daily internal liaison to ensure that their work on your accounts is under control and that the job is on schedule
Identifying ways to develop additional revenue for the agency by the provision of new services, products or campaigns.
Assisting the Directors as required in the development of new business.

Successful candidates will have an agency background as a process led Senior Account Manager and would have ideally worked on high profile accounts previously.
