Group Account Director | Full Service Digital Agency | Central London | £70k - £80k | MK/23071

An award winning pure play digital agency based in central London are looking for an ambitious Group Account Director to join their growing team. This role is look after one of their biggest accounts with a budget of few million. This is an international account and you will be responsible for UK, US and Latin America delivering a combination of strategy, site build, and social media to marketing comms.

Key responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships at the highest level
Help identify and convert new business opportunities within existing clients
Offer strategic direction to clients
Regular finance reporting across utilization and product budgets
Resource planning against income
Lead the process to write and execute client development plans for Key Client Relationships (to deliver revenue targets by client)
Stay abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and understand the unique opportunities and challenges that affect client's business and marketing initiatives
Develop best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the client servicing team to share knowledge and experience

Skill and experience required:

Must be at GAD level from a digital agency
Must have a good grasp of Financials and budgeting
A talent for people management as well as excellent communication skills
Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
Ideally will have ecommerce, online retail experience
Someone who enjoys big challenge, functionality and builds
