My client is in the top 10 most visited fashion websites in the world with 1,500 new product lines being introduced each week. Sales for the financial year ending 31 March 2012 were £481.5 million. They have continued with this phenomenal growth rate around the world and currently operate over 4 continents. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help grow this forward thinking business

PPC Manager - The Role

*The PPC Manager, will define and implement the global PPC strategy, and put together a programme of change and improvement to help my client achieve a best in class PPC operation.

*They will manage the large and growing budget in excess of 5 million, and drive a significant proportion of revenue for the company as a whole.

*The channel is highly complex and highly analytical. In addition there are important stakeholders across International markets, who will sometimes have conflicting objectives to the Digital Marketing team.

*The individual who takes on this challenge will need to be highly analytical, confident, good at building relationships and have significant experience of building and managing a PPC function globally.

PPC Manager - Experience Requirements:

*A highly automated, highly profitable PPC operation which uses the latest technology and understands how our spend will impact performance

*High levels of growth in traffic globally, profitably

*Well established, high performing agencies executing parts of PPC

*A growing understanding from those who aren't necessarily PPC specialists of the importance and basic principles of PPC with a happy team who are developing their skills.

*Highly analytical and very comfortable with numbers. Happy to be calculating ROI, elasticity of spend and PPC valuations

*Experience of managing large budgets across countries, along with forecasting and analysis

*Experience of managing and incentivising agencies to deliver strict targets

*Understanding of the latest technology - bid management, automated reporting, tagging and tracking mechanisms

*Adept at stakeholder management, collaborating with International country site managers and pushing back where it makes sense

*Team management, able to motivate and develop more junior team members

*Enthusiasm and passion for PPC and for Digital Marketing overall

*Ability to see and set the bigger picture, experience of looking at impact of PPC on SEO and on other channels
