Product Manager - White Goods
This leading global Consumer Electronics Business is a world leader in innovation and technology and is well known for its reputable brands and high-quality products.
An new opportunity now exists for an experienced and commercially aware Product Manager who has well developed skills in the Home Appliances sector and who has the drive to succeed to ensure that the business maintains but also improves its market share position whilst continuing to develop strong brand awareness.
With your strong understanding of the White Goods marketplace and its competitors, as Product Manager you will have full ownership of the P & L for your product category. Monitoring current product trends and looking at future technology you will liaise very closely with manufacturing providing data for future design including features and target prices.
Responsibility for the PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) will need your total commitment to enable you to accurately set business plans including sales, sales promotion, advertising and profit targets and ensure that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis these are all achieved.
Your excellent communication skills will be used to negotiate with factories and work closely with both customers and sales teams. Futhermore, your excellent analytical skills will enable you to justify your strategies for the product to sales and management.
In order to be considered favourably for this role, you must have experience with Home Appliances (freestanding, built-in or small domestic) and be highly familiar with the demands of a Product Manager role and passionate about your ability to make a difference and see business grow and develop.
