Marketing Manager - Investment Management. Central London. c.£45k

My client is a leading global Investment Management firm based in Central London. This marketing manager position will form part of a small marketing team that covers the EMEA region. This role is focusing on managing a key project that will run throughout 2013.

The successful marketing manager will have control over the Fact Sheet Automation project that is being kick-started in 2013. This is a very tactical position and involves liaising with key stakeholders throughout the business and throughout the EMEA region. A desire and ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, is critical for this position.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

*Takes ownership for the creation, production and timely delivery of company marketing materials, including fact sheets, performance reports, brochures and presentations, liaising with other stakeholders as necessary.
*Has responsibility for the fact sheet automation project, representing the business needs and ensuring the success of this key high profile project
*Has accountability for and enhances all regular and ad hoc corporate, institutional, retail and wholesale marketing materials.
*Works closely with Product and Investment Management teams to ensure content/messaging is accurate and effective.
*Ensures quality designed marketing materials fully reinforce and progress regional standards, company image and brand, enhancement of style guidelines as needed.

Key competencies for the role include:

*Thorough understanding of sales and marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics
*Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects
*Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, as well as design software Publisher
*Minimum five years marketing experience in the asset management industry
*Experience in working on automated fact sheets solutions a plus
