UX Designer - £35,000 - £50,000 - Hampshire

My Client, a fully integrated marketing communications agency, who have offices in both Hampshire and London, is looking for a very capable UX Designer to establish their UX function in the Hampshire office.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be working closely with the tech team to develop projects. In addition to the support of the CD, you will also have a front-end developer who has been working on the UX to this point and as the agency is looking to expand, you will be developing and expanding your own UX team (both perm and freelancers) so your influence will be very important.


-Provide UX consultancy to some of the UK's best-known brands.

-Working in an established creative team alongside other specialists in design and tech, you will be working across digital channels.

-Developing UX across multi-platforms.

-Analyse target audiences and their functional needs.

-Define user journeys; ensuring users are able to effectively achieve their goals.

-Day-to-day UX responsibilities across web and mobile; ensuring all work is delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

-Champion UX throughout the company.

-Lead the use of tools to generate UX models, deliverables and prototypes.


-Agency experience.

-Demonstrable hands-on experience in delivering UX concepts through user journeys, wireframes and site maps.

-Detailed knowledge of UX methodology including user-centred design, expert evaluation and information architecture.

-Experience managing and responding to senior Clients.

-Up to date industry knowledge and an ability to train and support others in their knowledge.
