I'm currently working on a great contract role with a world-leading entertainment company. The role focuses on Email Campaign Management and CRM, utilising the extensive data sources and encompasses end to end campaign management, developing strategy, building new CRM programmes, analysis, and providing post campaign reporting to stakeholders. This is a great role for a digital exec looking for an exciting new challenge!

Main Responsibilities

- Ensuring best practice guidelines and documentation are up to date
- Ensuring creative follows industry best practise and conducting regular QA on the team
- Planning campaigns and target audiences to maximise view rates and ensure low levels of unsubscriptions
- Developing CRM strategy through customer profiling, behavioural analysis, and segmentation
- Developing and driving CRM programmes across multiple digital channels
- Analysis, planning, developing, co-ordinating, execution and reporting of eCRM campaigns to support and drive the marketing objectives for European brand and product marketing teams
- Conduct analysis to develop audience and testing strategies for campaigns
- Liaise with an internal creative team to develop email copy and creative
- Coordination with an email marketing agency to develop and deliver campaigns
- Ensuring all campaigns are delivered to brief and key deadlines
- Conduct post campaign reporting and analysis. Delivering results to business stakeholders
- Keeping abreast of industry and competitor activity

The Ideal Candidate

- 2-4 years' experience working within CRM and Email Marketing
- Ability to deliver truly pan-European campaigns with all market-specific issues addressed
- Experience in running projects and programmes
- Experience with multi-channel CRM and social campaigns
- Experience in end to end campaign management from analysis to post campaign reporting and feedback
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Exerience in running dynamic multi-language B2C email campaigns
- Experience in dealing with other European countries
- Communicative with strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Resourceful, proactive, and autonomous
