 As Account Director with this international loyalty programme specialist it’ll be your responsibility for the strategic direction and profitable delivery of a key global technology clients’ data and IT projects in EMEA and the Rest of The World.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Take responsibility of client relationship on specific projects in IT Channel loyalty and CRM programmes.
  • Represent the Client Services team within client environment to drive strategic and project operational goals – setting metrics and measuring against these whenever possible.
  • Network and influence within client environment, both strategically and operationally, to understand business landscape and drive project goals, work with Group Account Director to seek new business opportunities in IT and data.
  • Develop client IT and data business – existing and new projects
  • Demonstrate tenacity and drive to ensure client and project goals are achieved.
  • Act as key support to a large team on all data and IT elements to ensure that you provide support to ensure that they are motivated to deliver effectively towards clients goals.
