Omni Channel Merchandising Manager, Retail, South East, 3-6 months, £65,000 - £80,000

Do you have experience of driving sales and profitability? Do you have knowledge and understanding of retail customers across non store channels? Do you have an excellent analytical mind and commercial thought leadership? Then this role could be yours.


Our client is a major high street retailer, with the largest market share in its sector. Joining the company's headquarters in the South East, as Omni Channel Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and margin across non store channels through a merchandising strategy that is aligned with the Customer plan.


As Omni Channel Merchandising Manager your responsibilities will include:
*Leveraging and mobilising the full capabilities of the digital trading platform and tools to align the company's commercial objectives with customer needs, and exploit opportunities unique to digital channels.
*Drive continuous improvement in the non store channels
*Measure, monitor and report on customer and commercial activity in line with Omni Channel Merchandising plan
*Make full use of Customer analytics and insights data to drive merchandising/ trading decisions
*Drive the use of digital content that meets customer and commercial objectives


Our client needs a first rate merchandiser for this high profile, challenging role. Essentially you must have had experience of driving sales or profitability or customer experience across non store channels such as web, TV, catalogue and mobile. Other requirements are as follows:

*Commercial thought leadership with an excellent analytical mind that creates and drives trading strategies with defined business cases.
*A working knowledge of ATG and Sitebuilder tools
*Driving actionable measurement mechanisms for intangible and soft indicators (for instance: store footfall drivers, NPS, customer satisfaction).
*An understanding of analytics and customer experience methods and practices
