Despite being a top 10 global phenomenon, this well-known advertising agency has remained fleet of foot.  They don’t tend to get mired down in process at the expense of creative and strategic thinking but place servicing and innovation at the heart of what they do.

The business is healthy and they are in good shape for going into 2013.

The Account Director role

The role is to handle a highly creative global FMCG account.   London is the lead agency on the account and there is a very senior reporting line since the account is headed up by the MD.

As a result there is plenty of headroom on the account and you will be left to run it with your team of AMs, AEs and project managers.  

 A heavyweight creative team have been assigned to the account so you will be working with the cream of agency talent.

The account is highly strategic and demands robust thinking.

This is very much a frontline role since you will be handling a lot of different projects that need to be kept on track across different markets and you will be the first port of call for the client, Creatives and agency network.
This is all very exciting stuff and would suit an Account Director who feels they have outgrown the opportunities in their current agency and are looking for more of a meaty challenge.

The campaigns are quite holistic so in addition to having a good understanding of branding, the agency is seeking an integrated set of skills that includes: TV, print and digital.
