Business Development Director, Europe – London – £75k-£85k + Package

A superb opportunity has arisen for a new European Business Development Director to be based in London, covering London, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Paris markets.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to drive growth and build the agency brand in Europe, leading all business development activities including proposals and pitches, and developing and implementing a European marketing plan and PR approach.
The Business Development Director for Europe will
Be based in London, reporting into the European Managing Director, with frequent travel around the region
Work with the European Managing Director to qualify opportunities, and be responsible for bringing in strategic business that complements the agency’s core strategy while increasing its market share and revenue
Collaborate closely with the General Managers in each office, coordinating and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, creative, tech and delivery management
Support in driving the pitch process, shaping solutions and helping each office to develop a go-to-market approach, spotting opportunities for networking, award entries and PR
Additionally the Business Development Director for Europe will work alongside the Global Business Development team to share and leverage best practice, case studies and business development learnings to help the agency grow worldwide

Key attributes of the Business Development Director include:
Digital agency experience, in a Client Services or Business Development capacity

Experience in driving pitches and coordinating multiple disciplines
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication
