Head Of Affiliates and Search - The Company

My client are a global leader in travel and operate on an international basis. In the last few years they have invested in growing their Online business which has seen large gains in customer acquisition and sales. Head Of Affiliates and Search - The Role

You will own the channel strategy, roadmap and delivery across the brand

You will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of channel targets (bookings, revenues and post marketing contribution for all sites).

*Source, build and manage relationships with Affiliate Networks, key Affiliate Publishers and search sites.

*Grow impressions, clicks & bookings in the most cost effective manner.

*Working with internal teams, individual partners and Affiliate Networks to devise and implement long term strategies, including new partnership opportunities, bonus and incentive plans, payment models (CPC/CPA/blended) and tools development.

*Working with Country Managers and Merchandising teams to ensure Affiliate partnership strategies are coordinated with tactical campaigns within marketing.

*Liaise with and influence Commercial teams to ensure optimal pricing, promotional and yield strategies to profitable grow channel sales.

*Maintain a clear understanding of analytics and commercial performance. Thus providing clear reporting, analysis, insight and data driven proposals for growth.

*Assist the Marketing Analytics team with budget & performance forecasting.

*Clear reporting of achievement, performance and forward plans.

Key Skills Required - Head Of Affiliates and Search

*Experience of onboarding and technically maintaining Affiliate Networks and Metasearch sites.
*Strong commercial accumen; ability to focus on tangible benefits for the business
*Demonstrable understanding of customer desires and needs within an online environment.
*Excellent analytical, logical and decision-making capabilities.
*Analytics packages such as Omniture, Tagman & Google Analytics or similar. Able to take large data sets, analyse and derive useful insites from them
*KPI and ROI driven as well as detail-orientated.
