 A globally renowned International News Company is looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to plan and manage all marketing briefs. Delivering first class international news services to a global audience, they are looking for someone with proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns and the creativity and enthusiasm to ensure they maintain their position in this competitive environment.

You’ll have the extremely exciting role of leading on all consumer marketing across the company including all on-air architecture for their world news division.  As a member of the marketing team you will offer support to both the editorial and commercial departments by creating marketing strategies that drive and maintain audiences, whilst working with distribution sales in order to maximize distribution revenue. You will plan, manage and execute on all world news marketing campaigns, including product launches, editorial commissions and brand work. As the key lead on reactive and breaking news trails you will be able to lead the process between the editorial and creative agencies and will equally provide creative input into the look and feel of the news channel alongside their digital and mobile presence.  With the ability to engage and inspire audiences you will also be the key liaison with the local marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery of all campaigns.


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns in         international markets, preferably within the television industry


  • Be very familiar with the process of creating and delivering TV trails and the     creation of marketing plans


  • Be able to manage creative and media teams across multiple markets and disciplines


  • Experiencing in delivering campaigns across multiple channels including digital, search and online media.
