Senior Planner / Strategist position at Europe's leading mobile innovation agency.

Candidates should come from a similar business or a creative agency and have worked across big scale creative projects. Smart, forward thinking strategists with energy and gravitas - potential to grow to a Head of Planning role.

Salary to £40k.

The Role

The role of the Senior Planner is to ensure a thorough understanding between consumer behavior, the digital landscape and the commercial needs of our client's businesses. You will be responsible for explaining the shifting digital landscape to key clients, identifying creative concepts that unlock business objectives and helping place strategic planning at the heart of the offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation of cutting-edge, commercially effective propositions across mobile, tablet and other digital platforms
Inspire clients and sell big digital ideas that shape the future of their businesses
Write business cases that support client investment in mobile/tablet initiatives
Be accountable for the strategic stewardship of key accounts
Work with Client Services to identify opportunities to grow accounts
Interpret market/consumer research and analysis to deliver meaningful and valuable insights to clients and internal teams
Prepare evaluation of app performance and use data to inform future commendations
Manage partnerships with external partners and suppliers
Actively drive revenue growth through the sale of strategic thinking
Support client services team with business development and pitching to clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 2 - 4 years strategic planning experience within mobile or digital, client-side or at an agency
In-depth understanding of the mobile/digital market and emerging technology
Headstrong with a strong understanding of client relations
You will be comfortable working with and consulting senior clients at C-level including CMO, CIO, and CEOs
Proven track record in new business pitching
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with technical and creative teams to translate ideas
Exemplary written, presentation and communication skills
Comfortable working to challenging deadlines in a fast moving environment
