Launched in 2007, we have grown into a well-respected and successful global player in the luxury children’s clothing market. Following investor funding the company is expanding its product range and staff to build on this success and take the brand to international territories.  

The company is currently 50 people strong working from our Bermondsey office in London.  

Who are we looking for?  

We are looking for a Web Analyst / Customer Insight analyst to play an important role within the Digital team. With a strong Web analytics background or similar experience and a deep understanding of data, Google Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the definition and launch of crucial improvements to our analytical set-up.  

The ideal candidate will be able to set-up dashboards for our core metrics, take on ad hoc analyses and provide insights to drive future growth in the business.  

The candidate will have proven analytical capability, and will be commercially focused, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritise and multi-task.  

We also welcome candidates from other industries who are willing to make a move into the Digital world. They would have a proven track record of analytical skills, a statistical or scientific background, hands-on approach and a passion for all things digital.  

Key Responsibilities:  

> Key responsibility is to provide metrics and insights reliably for the Digital team and the wider business and be in charge of  

- Automating and/or producing Daily, weekly and monthly dashboards  

- Safeguarding the integrity of our data

 - Establishing a strong analytics set-up (Google Analytics, Container tag, Multi-channel analysis, Deduplication, Customer Analysis)  

- Developing new insights on our customers, our territories and our categories to drive future commercial growth

 - Building customer profiles and providing segmented lists for our email campaigns

Who are we looking for?  

> Excellent attention to detail and passionate about data

> Very good technical understanding around data management tools, integration and processes

> Excellent numerical & analysis skills, being advanced level in using Excel

> Good knowledge and experience of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

> Good knowledge of statistical methods to analyse customers cohorts and behaviours

> Proven ability to confidently and simply communicate complex data insights to stakeholders

> Proven ability to produce commercial recommendations as a result of reporting

> Passion for understanding customers’ needs and behaviours

> Strategic agility and strong prioritisation capabilities

> Able to work as part of and influence wider team within the company

> Calm under pressure with ability to prioritise
