The Role
A digital marketing agency is looking to further expand its media planning team be recruiting a senior planner buyer or manager (dependant on experience) to report in to the Account Director. This role is perfect do someone looking to break out of the mould of traditional online media planner/buyer roles. As data becomes ever important in display planning, you will use this insight to build award-winning campaigns and push the boundaries of what's expected from display. You will be discuss strategy with clients, analyse and research target audiences, advise the creative teams and clients about the most effective media combinations and present media proposals. You will also be responsible for the implementation of your campaigns and the buying process.

The Candidate
You will be working already in a top media agency (or similar environment) in a digital display planning and buying role. You will have:
**Proven experience in the current Display media market with a good understanding of RTB and Demand Side Platforms
**Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with publishers, clients as well as internal teams
**Good knowledge of ad server tools e.g. DFA
**A love of insight
