- Manage branded product portfolios with a view to increasing market share, profitability and brand awareness.
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy, identifying and exploiting opportunities for your brands and implementing tactical plans.
- Responsibility for driving the innovation agenda and creating a pipeline of innovative new products that fit in with the licensed brands product portfolios.
- Recommend range improvements and managing new range launches will be a major feature of the role along with the relationship development and management of key licensor holders.
The successful candidates will be of graduate calibre with at least three years FMCG Brand Management experience. You will have bags of NPD experience, excellent project management skills, a commercial understanding of grocery retail and a real passion for brands.
