You will be instrumental in building reputation for customer excellence through the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy. 

We’re seeking individuals with the capability and passion for putting the consumer at the heart of everything; to develop a world-class customer contact strategy, outstanding event programmes and a coherent and exciting brand strategy. 

The Role:

The first focus is on defining the overall brand and marketing strategy. You would develop and deliver integrated marketing and powerful consumer propositions, prioritising the Events and Sales targets. You would be a key liaison for all proactive marketing initiatives.  

In conjunction with the team, you would coordinate the campaign development and implementation of all marketing strategies with the goal of helping Leeds College of Music to establish awareness, prestige and achieve its sales and reputational targets.

The second focus lies in guiding strategic thinking in customer marketing by having a thorough understanding of how our customers behave across all our consumer and customer lifecycles.

You’ll be shaping the building and implementation of analytical investigations and recommending outputs for strategic and tactical business decisions. Your role will be in deciding how best to use marketing and stakeholder resources to build further the customer strategy across the various sales cycles.

Excellent planning, coordinating, and communication skills are essential with an enviable attention to detail and the ability to influence at a senior level. You will have the ability to be part of a dynamic, results oriented team that can deliver multiple campaigns and projects in a dynamic and results oriented approach.
