Joining our back end Service team, it’ll be down to you to define and direct the shape of the merchandising and usage channel plan. It’s all about making the customer experience the best it can be across our Store, Discover, Support and My3 services on both mobile and web. So getting to grips with complex data, you’ll monitor and analyse trends – using your insight to test and deliver usage and conversion forecasts, define clear customer service journeys and develop comprehensive merchandising, testing and initiative plans. More than that, you’ll identify and avoid potential risks, spot opportunities to build on our offer and develop clear targets for the wider online team. Because after all, their success will not only drive an improved online service for our customers, but encourage sales and deliver great results for the business too.

For that you’ll need substantial experience in Digital Service or Support merchandising, as well as a proven record of driving performance through improved usage, conversion and customer satisfaction. So it goes without saying that you’ll have worked with web analytics tools across various digital channels and functions to provide a best in class experience. And you’ll have no problem using that digital knowledge to achieve challenging service KPIs. But it’s not just your practical skills that we’re after. Analytical, flexible and creative, you’ll take a user focused approach to problem solving and show a real passion for driving change to achieve growth. While first rate communication skills mean you’ll be able to influence, motivate and inspire at all levels.
