 Commercial Director – FMCG/Loyalty/Discounts/Rewards

This hugely successful mobile loyalty and rewards company is now rapidly expanding and hiring for a Commercial Director to work with FMCG brands


•You will drive the development and execution of the commercial strategy aimed at building client partnerships. This will include attracting business from large blue chip brands, agencies and online businesses in consumer goods and services sectors as well as creating go-to-market partnerships to acquire users.

•You will be responsible for developing the key relationships with executives within these companies and will work closely with both our Product & Marketing teams to construct an appropriate offer and to integrate partner feedback into our product development process.

This includes:

•Developing a robust commercial strategy, including, but not limited to: target clients, sales plan, tactics, metrics and tracking & reporting tools to unlock the revenue potential with and for our target partners;

•Preparing and managing the sales budget, pipeline tracking & reporting, forecasts and attainment of revenue;

•creating an efficient sales and partner development function through the adoption of professional sales approaches and processes and training junior staff;

•crafting partner and industry vertical specific pitch decks, that reflect a deep understanding of the business model, strategic impact, understanding of the product and the target company and industry
