As Head of Ad Operations you will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of all RTB campaigns. You will be constantly helping to develop the product and leading a small team of campaign managers who will be trafficking and optimising.
Working very closely with the Managing Director, you will define the strategy and roadmaps for all new products. You will own all 3rd party and agency relationships and ensure all clients are using the right one for their campaigns.
The successful Head of Ad Ops will love technology, and will always know before everyone else what the latest and best technology id to plug into the platform.
Finally you will have revenue driving responsibility for the team, making sure you and your team are always up selling and advising clients of new ways to improve their campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience
The Head of Ad Operations will be highly analytical but with outstanding commercial acumen as well. So basically you will be an Ad Ops superstar who loves being a revenue generator.
You will be an ad tech geek, and love everything to do with programmatic buying and know that it not only the future but it's happening right now.
You will be a brilliant line manager and love dealing with clients as much as you do crunching numbers.
