This agency produces fully integrated work for an enviable set of clients and this position is to head up the Integrated team, working alongside the Head of Brand Experience, Head of Shopper Marketing and Head of Design. They have a super talented team already in place and need this CD to have great leadership qualities to really drive the agency forwards in terms of thinking and ideas, always pushing for the best creative work whilst inspiring more junior members of the team.

You must have a strong background in an integrated agency, have experience of managing creative teams and have a real passion for the creative industry as well as a proven track record of fostering a strong agency creative culture.

You need to have an excellent portfolio which demonstrates your ability to come up with big ideas, coupled with the experience to work it across all different touchpoints. The work will cover print, digital, outdoor, retail, experiential, brand partnerships, sponsorship and whatever else may be involved in the development of your holistic brand communications ideas.
