Client Relationship Manager - major adserver
to £45k + comm

Pre-Sales support
CRM's are expected to work with Sales to respond to client requests for information and RFI's/ RFP's,
communicating technical details to the client. They will accompany Sales team to the second meeting
after the lead has been qualified by sales at an initial meeting, usually to focus on technology with the
client's tech team.
* Pre-Meeting client scoping, research
o Assess current solution, business model by looking at site or industry particulars
o Look at competitors with similar business models
* Assist in preparing sales person for special cases
* Assist in preparing, editing and finalising any response to an RFI or other requirements
* Meet with client for technical demos, ideally sales meets with business contacts and CRM meets
with technical contacts
* Facilitate and document a full understanding of the client's business model and how best to reflect it
in our product
* What targeting or audience are they selling?
* What data does the sales force need to support their selling?
* Are there revenue splits that have to happen?
o Scope video/rich media needs and steer according to findings
* 1st draft of the migration plan, to scope migration timing, and effort.

Adserver Migration Process
CRM is responsible for overseeing the project and assisting team through the migration process.

* Detailed analysis of the customer's business model see detailed Migration Process Plan document

* Keep sales informed regarding any major issues or milestones

This is a great opportunity for experienced campaign managers with plenty of adserving solutions experience to move tech side and be a key client support memeber of the team. You might be a campoaign manager or be working at an adserving tech nology company at the moment with 5+ years experience.
