The Revenue Manager is responsible for creating pack, pricing and promotional strategies for a number of FMCG brands; these strategies will be strongly rooted in consumer, category and retailer insights.  As well as developing the promotional guidelines, the Revenue Manager will manage cost price increases and drive pack architecture decisions.  Working particularly closely with the marketing team, the Revenue Manager will be tasked with ensuring the correct promotional, pricing and pack size strategies are followed for innovation and renovation initiatives, as well as sense checking the commercial viability of all plans.

Our Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in the FMCG sector within a commercial role such as marketing, category management, sales or commercial finance is sought, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work cross functionally.  A clear and thorough understanding of the retail environment and how pricing, pack architecture and promotional decisions are made is also of high importance.  The successful candidate will be highly numerate with first class analytical skills and someone able to lead from the front.
