The ECB is the governing body for Cricket in England and Wales and is responsible for the game from ‘Playground to Test Arena’. Inspiring the nation to get more people to choose cricket is key to its success and this role will be very important in helping achieve this goal.
A recent ECB customer review has highlighted the need for a more coordinated approach to the management of ECB’s direct and indirect customers. The focus of this role will be the acquisition, retention and management of the ECB’s direct customers through all its customer touch points, with an emphasis on TwelfthMan and play-cricket.com.
Working within the marketing team we are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and confident individual to take on this role and make a real difference to the ECB’s customer operations. An understanding of cricket is necessary but more importantly we want someone with the knowledge and drive to ensure the ECB is recognised as a sports market leader for its customer centricity.
This position represents a great strategic and operational opportunity for someone that has strong CRM experience, widespread digital experience, is insight led, has exceptional communication skills, and is keen to progress their career.
