The Role:

They are looking for a Head of Direct Marketing, or a very strong Group Account Director or Business Director who is looking to take that next step up.

Most of the clients in within the Direct and Digital division are world leading FMCG brands, covering cosmetics, alcohol and food, with a financial services client also. This makes this opportunity even more exciting, as you will be working with a highly enviable list of clients, with the main client being a men’s and women’s cosmetics brand, for which this role will also act as client MD.

The work will include CRM, DM, eDM, eCRM, Social Media and the full digital remit.

As the Head of Direct and Digital, you will be required to:

·   Motivate the Direct and Digital team – show strong leadership

·   Work closely with planning team and creative department

·   Take responsibility for Direct and Digital P&L and key KPI’s

·   Build even stronger client relationships and lead pitches for new business

The Ideal Candidate:

They are looking for someone with energy and personality. This is a great agency with a strong, social culture and they want someone who can fit in.

The right person will have an excellent grasp of the Digital and Direct area, with FMCG client experience being highly advantageous.

Excellent agency experience is also highly advantageous – if you come from an award winning London agency, specializing in Direct and Digital marketing, with good FMCG experience, at Group Account Director, Business Director or Client Services Director level and you feel this role is for you then don’t hesitate to apply.
