Adprime Media UK is currently looking for a Commercial Director with strong agency sales background to leads its team in the UK. Adprime Media is a highly successful premium ad network based in New York expanding its operations to London.
As the Commercial Director you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, meeting and exceeding targets, managing PNL, coming up with creative sales strategies, working with the NY team on global campaigns, etc.
This is an ideal role for someone with a successful sales background looking to move up a level into management role with a strong sales focus. You have to be globally minded and have an aptitude for working with colleagues across the Atlantic. You must have good leadership and management skills.
- You will report to the Directors of Adprime in NY and London.
- You will be responsible for the drafting and execution of successful sales strategy in the UK.
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed the targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with medium and large sized advertisers and ad agencies
- Must consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Hire and train new sales staff and be responsible for talent development and retention of successful staff
- Drive new revenues initiatives
- Be responsible for meeting the individual and group targets
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 + Commission + Profit share
