You’ll help us meet those needs, providing the expert analysis and recommendations that will make the online journey quicker, easier and more popular than ever before.


Joining this brand new, rejuvenated online team, you’ll help to increase the number of Three customers who manage their accounts online. It’s about reducing the number of calls to our contact centres, driving traffic to our website and boosting sales performance along the way. And to do that means improving the entire online customer experience. So analysing facts and figures, you’ll gain an understanding of what our customers want from their online account, you’ll spot areas for improvement and you’ll make recommendations to web developers and the commercial team about how the changes should be made. Shaping a more visually engaging, user friendly website, you’ll not only help to grow customer numbers and retain existing relationships, you’ll have a big impact on our bottom line too.

Experienced in manipulating and analysing customer data, you’ll come from an online insight management role. And if you’ve successfully improved user experiences before, that’s all the better. Influential and impactful, you’ll be confident making recommendations at every level, challenging the way we do things when you need to. Obviously your interpretation, analysis and numerical skills will be first-class, and you’ll certainly have used Omniture before. But just as importantly, you’ll need the enthusiasm and drive to make your mark in the top performing sales channel in the business.
