Location: London

Leading publishing company looking for an Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the delivery and running of ensuring and for enabling sales process - booking complex campaigns, managing campaigns through its lifecycle and campaign reporting.
This position is also required to support the Advertising Operations team on projects and day-to-day operations tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
*Setup proposals in DSM with complex targeting or impression spread
*Must have excellent DFP experience and knowledge
*Proactive review of proposal and campaign
*Work with agency/client to troubleshoot creative issues
*Provide screenshots and video grabs of campaigns
*Manage the production process for bespoke and integrated advertising campaigns
* Setup new products and packages in DSM
*Assist sales teams with interpreting and using the inventory information
*Support sales with ad hoc DSM support requests
*Produce scheduled campaign reports
*Run ad-hoc DFP and DSM reports

You must have the following skills
*Must have Publisher side Ad Operations experience
*Trafficking using Doubleclick DART (DFP experience a must)
*Strong understanding of trafficking, ad tags, tracking pixels etc.
*Expert knowledge of DFP
*Experience working with DSM is desired
*Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
*Basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript
*A people person with ambition, energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication skills
