This unique agency based in central London is known for being one of the top Creative Production Houses They have been established for a number of years and will be requiring a Senior Print Production Manager to join the team. This agency is now fully established within the retail and fashion circles with an impressive list of brands and agencies that they work with. With an open plan environment they pride themselves on being family like and all being team players. Its multi-disciplined so never expect the same, its about variety and providing solutions to clients briefs no matter what the media.

As Print Production Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team across one specific global fashion house. This client works across high volume of projects so you will need to think quick on your feet, be able to manage all production work and QA at all times. You will be based within the client and the agency as and when required (both in Central London)

Key Responsibilities of the Print Production Manager will be:

- Managing team and ensuring best practice on all projects maximising efficiency
- Head up delivery with timings, estimates and printer negotiations
- Understanding all project requirements and scheduling across your team
- Motivating the team and being a team player, getting stuck in when needed
- Ensure client and supplier relationships are maintained at best

As Print Production Manager, your core task is to work closely with the agency's Project Manager and the rest of the in house team with scheduling of all projects and print schedules if needed. You will need to diplomatic in your approach and be able to think calmly under pressure. Delegation and communication skills are key! You will need the ability to manage requirements effectively.

Key Experience of the Print Production Manager will be:

- Solid Production experience and managing a small team
- Essential budget management and post reconciliation across all projects and supplier management
- International experience and knowledge essential
- Understanding artwork, colour management and packaging is essential
- Passionate about print and providing solutions for clients
