An opportunity has arisen to join the recruitment section of one of the most well respected and loved marcoms brands, Event Job Search. The jobs section for the leading Event trade editorial source, Event Magazine and Event Magazine.co.uk

The Events sector as a whole is a fun, sexy and glamorous marketplace to work in and as such your client base will reflect this.
Event Job Search is the leading events jobs board in the industry, carrying more client direct jobs than any other website and helps clients regularly find the best candidates in the sector as quickly as possible.
Your role will predominately be telephone based achieving sales executive KPI’s of 16 effective calls per day. You will achieve this through work lists made up of key and relevant events companies in the sector and also speaking with clients who are actively recruiting through your competitors.
Your client base will be a mix of both direct clients ranging from hospitality, FMCG, public sector, media and event production companies. You will also go after any relevant recruitment consultancies advertising event roles and essentially your job will be to sell the benefits of why Event Job Search should be the first recruitment avenue on their agenda!
You will be working within the overall Brand Republic recruitment group but you will be solely responsible for the success of Event Job Search and therefore should treat the brand as your own mini business to ensure you are exceeding revenues for the brand.
Although this role is telephone based, face to face contact is beneficial to really help you get under the skin of your marketplace.
